As the first full time Sales Development Rep, you will have the opportunity to determine how things should work for future SDRs.

A Day in the Life

  • As a Sales Development Rep at Respondent, your focus is on setting meetings with a very select group of high value clients.
  • You will make around 30 cold phone calls a day and send roughly 60 highly personalized emails.
  • Once connected with a target client, you will lead them to an understanding of the Respondent value proposition, validate them as a decision maker, and work with them to schedule a platform demonstration.
  • You will navigate between Salesforce and email marketing platforms to make sure the right message gets to the right person at the right time.
  • You will leverage reporting functionality to constantly improve your effectiveness. You will improve processes and communications to test hypotheses.

Who are you?

*** You have experience in a high pressure, high output sales position ***

  • You are known for your strong work ethic and mentality of persistence.
  • You are human: your primary motivation is helping prospective clients find the benefits in using Respondent.
  • You have experience cold calling and navigating Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and or other prospecting applications.
  • You understand and have some experience with email drip campaigns.
  • You have demonstrated a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • You have 1+ years of quota carrying sales experience.
