  • As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be the retention and expansion of existing relationships with some of the world's leading companies - IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Airbnb, Pinterest, GoDaddy, IDEO, P&G and many more.
  • You will grow accounts by helping researchers optimize their research plans, research budgets and research design. You will help and advise clients on all things research!
  • You lead clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that we offer by demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs.
  • As the first dedicated Account Manager, you must possess a strong track record and focus on systems and processes. The operations of your day-to-day tasks that you implement will be a blueprint that is used by future AMs - meaning you will have a huge impact on the trajectory of our company and our ability to scale at a pace that matches our clients’ expectations.
  • In the future as the needs of the business expand, you may have the opportunity to oversee and grow the account management team. You will play a role in mentoring your team members to optimize each individuals performance and contribution.

  • You are known for your strong work ethic and ability to build trust and rapport.
  • You possess a growth mindset and are able to accurately identify issues, design solutions and execute on them in an independent way.
  • You are confident working from home, and are self motivated to exceed your job requirements.
  • You have experience navigating SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting applications.
  • You have a ‘do-what-it-takes’ mentality.
  • You have demonstrated a consistent track record of exceeding expectations and setting up scalable, replicable internal systems.
  • You must be comfortable carrying quota’s and some sales experience is preferred.

  • Work remotely from anywhere within the United States time zone. Sometimes you will be required to attend meetings outside of your time zone.
